Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and project milestones.
Coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
Perform project risk and issue management.
Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with applicable financial guidelines.
Manage project documentation.
Prepare and submit periodic reports (financial, technical and administrative) internally and to the contracting agencies.

University Degree in Engineering (Elec/Mech) or equivalent.
Master’s degree in relevant management or technical area.
At least three (3) years of proven experience in a Management role (e.g. Project/Technical Manager/Team leader).
Excellent command of English language.
Availability to travel abroad.

Desired:

PMP/ PRINCE II Certification.
Knowledge of the International Defense, Security or Aerospace Research and Technology domain.
