Responsible for overall customer experience and successful delivery of services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with customer organizations to deploy, integrate, and operationalize Trellix’s Endpoint Detection and Response capabilities
Write technical documentation and briefings
Lead and/or participate in technical exchange meetings
Develop engineering artifacts such as system design diagrams, data flow diagrams, test plans
Monitor and manage system health and status
Analyze data and provide recommendations for solutions
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
5+ years in a technical capacity
Experience with enterprise network technology planning, deployment, user migration and operations
Technical proficiency in cybersecurity operations, engineering, systems engineering and/or Windows and Linux systems administration
Experience with Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS), e Policy Orchestrator (ePO), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE), and Data Exchange Layer (DXL)
Proficiency with Active Directory, Databases, Virtualization, Cloud Services [i.e., AWS, Azure]
