Analyze client needs and define the scope for Pennylane integration projects.
Configure the solution: chart of accounts, workflows, automations, and banking settings.
Set up connectors/APIs with ERP, CRM, and payment platforms.
Manage data migration and perform functional testing (UAT).
Design and deliver user training sessions.
Create training materials and documentation.
Provide advanced functional support after deployment.
Diagnose and resolve accounting and tooling issues.
Identify obstacles and user resistance; develop change management plans.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate internal teams and technical partners.
Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.
Occasional business travel to client sites/agencies is expected.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Accounting, Management, Information Systems, or Finance.
Prior successful experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting tools/ERP.
Proficiency with Pennylane or a comparable platform.
Strong understanding of accounting processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, period closings).
Comfortable with digital environments and SaaS tools.
Knowledge of accounting data flows, APIs, SQL, and automation.
Pedagogical skills, strong service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
