3–6 years of professional experience in software development
Strong hands-on experience with Golang backend development
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Experience designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs
Experience working with databases, either SQL or NoSQL
Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures
Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving backend applications
Familiarity with testing practices and tools such as unit and integration testing, and mocks
Solid understanding of backend architecture, clean code principles, and software design patterns
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong English communication skills
Minimum B2 level proficiency, C1 preferred
