Role Overview
- Coordinate and deliver Legal Operations projects
- Design, manage, and improve Legal intake and triage processes
- Maintain and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Support workshops and act as coordination point across teams
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support accountability
- Support ongoing running of core Legal Ops processes
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, playbooks, and operating rhythms
- Maintain oversight of initiatives using tracking tools
- Support change management for new processes and systems
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Legal Operations
- Experience implementing legal projects or transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with legal technology solutions
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience using project tracking tools
- Analytical mindset to interpret data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
