Providing medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials, ensuring the safety of subjects and the integrity of trial data.
Collaborating with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive the successful execution of early phase clinical studies .
Developing and reviewing clinical study protocols, study reports, and other key study documents.
Interpreting clinical trial data and providing medical insights to inform decision-making and guide clinical development strategies.

Medical degree (MD) or (DO)
Extensive experience in clinical research and development, ideally as a Principal Investigator for Early Phase clinical trials
Clinical Practice Experience, ideally in general medicine.
Medical Monitoring experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on interpreting clinical data and driving evidence-based decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
