Achieving goals related to ongoing quality improvement, program development, and expansion
Train Director for consortium-based training programs
Manage APPIC accreditation documentation and compliance
Organize and manage APPIC selection process
Develop policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant entities
Handle marketing and communications
Maintain training records and execute alumni requests for verification
Provide supplemental clinical supervision of doctoral interns
Lead, develop, and coordinate the internship’s Central Training Day
Support site supervisors in training delivery and development
Manage community partner relations and site evaluation
Requirements
3 years of professional experience in clinical practice, student training and supervision, consultation, project management or related fields
Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
Currently licensed psychologist in good standing, with licensure in the state of California
Ability to travel to academic and consortium site locations
Doctoral level, licensed clinical psychologist in California in good standing (preferred)
5 years of experience in clinical practice; student training and supervision; and consultation, program evaluation, and/or project management (preferred)
Experience with APA accreditation processes (preferred)
