Develop and implement product strategy aligned with TradingView's growth objectives
Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap
Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities
Define and track key product metrics to measure success
Prioritise feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality implementation
Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research
Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to identify improvement opportunities
Stay current with financial technology trends, competitive landscape, and platform advancements
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress effectively

5-7+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products
Proven track record of leading successful products at scale
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven decision making
Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
Good understanding of financial markets or a strong willingness to learn quickly
Strong UX/UI sensibility and experience working closely with design teams
