Engage with business stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and understand strategic objectives.
Gather, document, and prioritize analytics requirements in alignment with business goals.
Conduct thorough business analysis to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Analyze source applications and their data models to assess data quality, availability, and suitability for analytics purposes.
Collaborate with data engineering and AI/ML/GenAI teams to design, implement, and integrate advanced analytics models.
Perform analytics data modeling to support reporting and dashboard development.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver clear, insightful, and actionable information to stakeholders.
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics deliverables.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
Minimum of 7 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product
Proven experience in business analysis, product management, or analytics roles.
Strong understanding of some of the source application data models and data structures like ERPs, CRMs and PLMs.
Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI models in an analytics context.
Expertise in analytics data modeling, dashboard, and report development using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights.
Familiarity with data governance and best practices for data quality and security.
