Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the General Industry segment within the assigned territory or account base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at EPCs, data center developers/operators, consultants, contractors, and industrial end users.
Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities for products, systems, and services across the general market.
Drive account planning and customer engagement to expand market share and increase sales revenue.
Influence technical and commercial specifications early in project development stages.
Manage the full sales cycle, including: lead generation, opportunity qualification, customer engagement, technical/commercial discussions, quotation and proposal development, negotiation, order closure.
Work closely with engineering, application, proposal, project management, and service teams to deliver competitive and customer-focused solutions.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key EPCs to position the company in major industrial and infrastructure projects.
Engage with data center market participants, including owners, developers, consultants, and contractors, to identify opportunities and promote solutions aligned with critical power and infrastructure requirements.
Expand presence in the broader general market, including manufacturing, commercial infrastructure, utilities support applications, and other industrial sectors as applicable.
Maintain an active and qualified sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management.
Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer needs, competitor activity, and project trends.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions in accordance with company policies and profitability objectives.
Represent the company at customer meetings, technical presentations, and industry events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in the general industry, infrastructure, or industrial project market.
Demonstrated experience working with EPCs, data center customers, contractors, or industrial end users.
Strong understanding of project sales processes, specification-driven sales, and complex commercial negotiations.
Experience managing multiple accounts and long sales cycles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively across commercial and technical functions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
