Role Overview
- Define and own the product roadmap for BNBChain ecosystem verticals
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking
- Translate ecosystem-level strategy into actionable product requirements
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Use on-chain data to inform product decisions
- Produce internal research reports for senior leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in Web3 / blockchain
- Proven track record of shipping products on a major chain
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: account models, smart contracts, gas mechanics, consensus, cross-chain bridges
- Experience with DeFi protocols: AMMs, lending markets, stablecoins, liquidity incentive mechanisms
- Strong familiarity with on-chain data tools (Dune Analytics, DefiLlama, BscScan, Etherscan)
- Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Data-driven decision making: comfortable defining KPIs, building dashboards
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited resources
