Campaign Creation; identify and build new marketing activities such as webinars, in-person events, and email campaigns that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
Lead Delivery; deliver against the weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales opportunity targets
Paid; directly manage paid social, paid search and retargeting channels
Budget Management; track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives
Lead Management; track and optimize lead lifecycle and conversion rates. Help guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
Assist in landing page, email and ad content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, ideally in B2B tech or a startup environment
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as HubSpot and Salesforce)
Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Knowledge of SaaS sales process and strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Post-secondary degree in marketing or related field
Experience in the market research industry is a plus
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is a plus
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
