Role Overview
- Execute product governance and regulatory compliance processes across the propositions as required
- Support the development and lead the delivery of your allocated elements of the BNZ’s proposition strategy
- Contribute to acquisition and retention initiatives across the proposition's portfolio
- Monitor relevant customer behaviours, the wider market, and competitor product positions, translating information into compelling insights and assessing the impact of economic, industry, and political changes on the portfolios
- Support the development and management of value propositions, driving development, prioritization, and successful implementation to achieve desired customer and commercial outcomes, while managing product and process risk profiles and retiring products from the market when appropriate
Requirements
- Banking, insurance or wealth industry experience
- Knowledge of banking systems and environments
- Experience in working with regulatory or compliance environments
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with qualitative and quantitative data
