Role Overview
- Support to the head of industrial subcontracting management
- PMO / tracking of KPIs and activity reporting
- Management of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Oversight of industrial dossiers during the mass production phase
- Modification of industrial records via Windchill
- Challenge subcontractors to optimize their flows and processes
- Contribution to continuous improvement of production processes
Requirements
- Proven industrial project management experience — Required
- Proven process and production flow optimization — Required
- Proficient with Windchill — Important
- Ability to challenge subcontractors and drive their performance
- Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders (R&D/Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Production)
- Rigour, analytical mindset and results-orientation
- Fluent French — Required
- Business-level English — Required
