Build trusted relationships with pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma clients
Align European initiatives with QPS global priorities
Represent QPS at conferences, networking events, and client meetings
Collaborate with operations and scientific teams to deliver client-focused solutions
Requirements
Bachelors in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree helpful
10+ years of business development experience in a CRO, with a track record of winning complex, multi-million Euro deals and expertise handling long sales cycles
Strong knowledge of late phase Clinical trials and European regulatory requirements
Established network of senior-level contacts in pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
