Responsible for overall management of key stakeholders playing an influential role in shaping the healthcare landscape and access to innovation.
Develop and lead a team to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives and forge strategic relationships across healthcare systems.
Responsible for overarching tender strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leaders for the business unit to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsible for driving adoption of key internal commercial transformation initiatives.
Leading new growth opportunities by building Go-To-Market models, including but not limited Enabling Technologies and private markets.
Contribute to shaping Depuy Synthes trajectory in Canada by being an active member of its leadership team.
Support Marketing initiatives.
Provide input for annual business plans.
Build tools and processes for market access for Enabling Technologies.
Requirements
University Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA in Science &/or Business Management is preferred
8-10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Leadership &/or Key Account Management is required
3-5 years of people management experience is required
A minimum of 25% travel required (flying and driving)
Experience in MedTech, Pharma, SaaS within life-sciences or Biotech is preferred
Knowledge of AI tools, MS Dynamics & Co-pilot is preferred
French language skills strongly preferred
