Working Student, Customer Success

Role Overview

• You are in direct contact with our customers and resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our development team.
• You establish yourself as a trusted advisor and support customers in rolling out additional vision checkouts.
• You propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of the vision checkout and respond to various situations using our software.
• You prepare reports on system performance and communicate findings to the team.
• You identify root causes of problems and submit feature requests to our development team.
• You prepare workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction, and you lead these workshops.

Requirements

• You are a registered student and speak fluent German
• You are willing to travel occasionally to customers within Europe
• You are outgoing and an excellent communicator
• You have a structured, independent working style that enables you to master the daily challenges
• You remain calm and motivated even under stress
• You have a fundamental interest in learning more about image recognition and machine learning
