About this role
Role Overview
Engage with customers to accelerate their adoption of Cisco products and solutions
Lead targeted technical engagements such as workshops and sessions
Help bridge the gap between purchasing solutions and achieving business value
Identify and manage adoption risks and ensure successful customer journeys
Document conversations and build detailed adoption plans
Guide customers on tactical and strategic decisions
Requirements
5 to 10+ years in technical consulting, customer success, or direct customer-interfacing roles
BA/BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required; a Master’s degree is preferred
DevNet, CCNA, or CCNP are required
CCIE, CISM, or CISSP certifications are strongly preferred
Completion of Cisco Certified Success Specialist certification is suggested.
