Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in Health Information Management
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Professional (CPC)
- Excellent knowledge of disease and procedure classification systems
- Strong database computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
- Outpatient Facility Coding experience
- Knowledge of Evaluation and Management coding and professional billing
- Experience with Multi-specialty EM Coding, Radiology Coding, Surgery Coding, Cardiology Coding, Pathology Coding.
