Lead medium to large, high-visibility cross-functional initiatives supporting commercialization, supply chain readiness, and commercial execution.
Connect commercial strategy with operational execution to enable revenue growth and improved business performance.
Partner with commercial teams to identify opportunities, address constraints, and support customer-aligned execution strategies.
Translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans, milestones, and performance tracking.
Present to internal and external executive stakeholders, enhancing transparency and communication through proactive stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 4 years of project management experience.
OR Highschool/ GED AND 11 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 6 years of project management experience.
Experience working with demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teams.
Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcome.
Strong program or project management experience leading medium to large initiatives.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and influencing skills without direct authority.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
