Role Overview
- Serve as an individual contributor to diverse teams
- Support execution of the enterprise strategic plan
- Work in partnership with clinical and administrative leaders
- Support the production and evaluation of program-specific strategies
- Deliver presentations to key stakeholders
- Research and remain current on evidence-based strategic management methodology
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured questions
- Support the development of market position and competitor analyses
Requirements
- Experience in a strategic, competitive intelligence, analytic, or research position
- Demonstrated skills in strategy development, strategic planning and/or business development
- Analytical competencies to assess strategic opportunities and develop growth plans
- Proficient with Excel tools and functions (Pivot Tables, vLookup, etc.)
- Experience with SQL or a dashboarding tool (Tableau or PowerBI) a plus
- Highly developed leadership facilitation, communication, planning, and presentation skills
