As Service Business Development Manager, working closely with the UK Service Sales Manager and internal sales team.
Responsible for driving profitable growth across the service portfolio in line with business targets and objectives within your designated region.
Retain and renew profitable service contracts while supporting the service coordination team.
Identify and secure new service contract opportunities with target customers across the region.
Promote and sell the full range of service offerings.
Carry out field-based sales activities, including regular customer meetings focused on cost savings, downtime prevention, service contract benefits, and converting new installations into ongoing service agreements (target conversion rate above 60%).
Maintain accurate CRM records and work collaboratively with key account managers and service engineers.
Support joint business initiatives with colleagues and provide accurate sales forecasts to the UK Service Sales Manager.
Requirements
Proven experience in field sales, ideally selling service or maintenance solutions.
Strong customer account management skills.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
A full UK driving licence.
Strong IT skills, including extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications.
