Support the continuous evolution and emboldening of ECP messaging through strong partnership with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced marketers.

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership at the Director level or equivalent
Strong experience in brand strategy, segmentation, and customer-centric marketing
Experience marketing to professional audiences (healthcare, B2B, or other specialized professional segments preferred)
Proven ability to manage complex budgets and make disciplined investment decisions
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience leading agency partners and overseeing creative development
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
