At least 3 years of experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner or People Generalist in high-performance environments
Experience in Talent Acquisition
Solid understanding of the entire employee lifecycle
Strong practical experience in employee relations, performance management, and change processes
Ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Comfortable working with tools (e.g., HiBob, TeamTailor, G Suite)
Fluent German (C2/native) and English (minimum C1) written and spoken
