Perform daily monitoring of prices and availability versus key competitors, identifying discrepancies and analyzing their causes;
Manage commercial relationships with suppliers (hotels), including negotiating rates, terms and promotions;
Work with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and B2B channels;
Contact suppliers to resolve issues related to pricing and inventory;
Develop strategic commercial initiatives for high-demand destinations (e.g., campaigns, promotions, content improvements);
Conduct competitiveness and performance analyses, identifying business opportunities;
Prepare reports and analyses to support commercial advisory for partner hotels;
Provide operational support related to supplier portfolio management;
Identify opportunities to improve commercial content on hotel pages;
Serve as the main point of contact for partners (primarily for administrative and reservations areas);
Proactively communicate with partners via phone and email;
Support training on the use of internal tools and processes;
Resolve complex situations independently, applying analytical judgment.
