Requirements
- 8–10+ years in business operations, analytics, or similar roles.
- Understanding of the health system market, hierarchies for health systems and tools needed for reporting on this customer segment.
- Advanced expertise in BI tools.
- Comfort working with large, messy, healthcare-specific datasets.
- Ability to turn unstructured problems into structured solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to run effective meetings, drive decisions, and maintain momentum.
- Passion for data, with strong intuition for data structure, consistency, and usability.
