About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with the senior management team to refine and strengthen the Monahans brand.
Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring all communications reflect our values and market position.
Collaborate with heads of department to implement the current marketing strategy, driving key growth through tailored tactics, while also shaping the development of next year’s strategy.
Oversee website performance and digital marketing initiatives in partnership with our digital agency.
Manage social media platforms to boost engagement and enhance Monahans profile.
Raise Monahans visibility by identifying and participating in relevant industry awards and events.
Create thought leadership content, including blogs and articles.
Plan and execute a programme of client and industry events.
Work closely with service lines to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
Support bid, pitch, and tender processes by developing compelling collateral and tailored presentations.
Act as a brand ambassador, attending networking events, client functions, and business development activities to support our profile and growth.
Support service lines in delivering successful bid and tender processes for new business opportunities.
Manage relationships with external PR agencies, from campaign planning and briefing to performance evaluation.
Work with design agencies to develop creative assets and marketing communications.
Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth marketing and business development operations.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience of marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
Strong project management and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
A strong grasp of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across digital and offline channels.
A proactive and commercial mindset – always looking for ways to add value and contribute to growth
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence all levels.
