Own a named-account list of 100–200 of Europe’s largest companies, read the regulatory and commercial signals that matter, and create senior conversations with VP-level and above in these target accounts. This is not a traditional SDR seat. It’s a high-ownership BD role on a high-performance team being deliberately rebuilt around top-tier young talent and AI-first execution.****This is the starting point to a fantastic career at osapiens. Requirements
- **Top-tier talent profile. You could land a role at any top-tier company. Best fit is straight from a top university or with two to four years of working experience.
- **Intellectually sharp and commercially curious. You read a regulatory shift or an earnings call and turn it into a reason to reach out today.
- **Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker. You don’t just run the playbook — you challenge it. Tell us what we should be doing differently, what tools we should be trying, what signals we’re missing, and how we can get better at everything we do. We want operators who make the system smarter, not just keep it running.
- **Comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You can articulate a business problem clearly to a senior executive, and you are eager to learn the software and run short product framings when needed.
- **High energy, resilient, and hungry. Intrinsically motivated to build a great career. Outbound-heavy role, strong performance culture — we hire people who run toward that, not away from it. This is the single most important attribute.
- **AI-first by default. You already work fluently with Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and n8n, and you build and vibe-code your own lightweight agents and workflows.
- **Multi-solution fluency. Comfortable holding the full picture across multiple osapiens solutions and connecting them to a customer’s actual business challenge — not pitching features, but framing an answer to the problem they already have.
- Native or near-native in your territory language; English required.****
