About this role
Role Overview
Assisting with customer enquiries related to space availability and booking requirements
Proactively addressing schedule changes to ensure suitable transport solutions are arranged
Monitoring capacity across sailings, tracking bookings against targets
Ensuring timely confirmation of any non-standard or late bookings prior to cut-off
Building strong customer relationships while promoting services and contributing to continuous improvement and high service standards
Requirements
Degree, diploma or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or Business (preferred)
Previous experience in a customer service or related role
Strong organisational and administrative skills with good computer literacy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and professional phone manner
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
