Management of the NOC team and ability to analyse quality
Tools Systems for receiving activity and tasks, incident management and BTPs: iGRI Network Element Management Systems: those specific to the relevant RAN manufacturers
Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA
Requirements
Over 10 years’ experience as a NOC technician with knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN
Experience with Nokia and Ericsson radio equipment for the aforementioned technologies
Experience with Tier 1 operators in Spain
Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support, with extensive experience in RAN network management
Solid knowledge of support processes in the field of Mobile RAN Access
Knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc.
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and propose solutions
