Role Overview
- Validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet end-user expectations prior to production release
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and developers to execute UAT scenarios
- End-to-end testing + support for UAT
- Ensure timely completion of UAT activities within project timelines
- Configuring Roaming Agreements and updating data according to GSMA standard documents
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering / B-Tech
- 0-1 years of customer service experience
- Basic Knowledge in Linux & Oracle SQL
- Functional Testing
- Test Data Management
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
