Role Overview
Defining & Managing Performance: You own the evolution of our performance management frameworks. You set high bars for accountability and design the systems that measure impact, ensuring that performance is addressed early, consistently, and with clarity.
Workforce Evolution & AI Integration: You guide the business through the “AI shift.” You partner with VPs to continuously redefine roles and workflows, ensuring our people stay ahead of the curve. You manage the process of keeping every role relevant as automation and AI transform daily work.
Complex Project Leadership: You lead high-stakes organisational projects with professional depth and a hands-on approach. From structural realignments to the implementation of new professional standards, you drive the people side of change with precision and speed.
Strategic Matrix Sparring: You provide strategic sparring within a cross-location, cross-functional matrix. You drive alignment between our hubs in Hamburg and Warsaw, ensuring consistent standards while respecting local dynamics. You act as a critical partner who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Data-Driven Diagnostics: You use people analytics to identify trends and drive organisational health. You leverage data to challenge stakeholders, optimise performance cycles, and support senior leaders in making high-stakes talent decisions.
Requirements
Senior HR Expertise: You bring extensive experience as an HRBP in professionalized, fast-paced tech environments. A background in management or HR consulting is a strong advantage.
Performance Architect: You have a proven track record designing and managing performance frameworks that drive accountability and high standards within Engineering and Product organizations.
Transformation Mindset: You are experienced in workforce transformation and understand how to evolve roles in real time to keep pace with technological shifts such as AI integration.
Project Management: You are a structured, hands-on project lead who takes full ownership of complex organizational topics and delivers results in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
Matrix Navigator: You are highly proficient at working within cross-location structures, managing stakeholders across functions and geographies with ease.
Executive Communication: You are fluent in English and confident influencing and challenging at the Director and VP level.
