Planning, implementation and optimization of social media campaigns across multiple projects/brands
Setup and management of paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn — depending on the target audience)
Creating briefs for creatives (video/design/copy) and managing the editorial calendar
A/B testing for creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages/lead forms
Funnel thinking: Social → Landing page/Lead form → Qualified lead
Tracking & reporting (UTMs, dashboards) including weekly performance updates and learnings
Close coordination with Content/SEO/Design/Sales and prioritization across multiple projects
Monitoring trends and platform updates and deriving concrete action items

Proven experience in social media management with a performance focus (lead generation)
Confident in using ad managers (Meta/LinkedIn or similar) and KPI-driven optimization
Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS/CPA (where relevant)
Experience with tracking fundamentals (UTM, pixel/conversion events — in collaboration with Tech/Analytics)
Strong copywriting and communication skills in German (very good language sense)
Structured way of working, project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Bonus: Experience in healthcare/beauty/medical tourism or other sensitive/regulated topics (advertising regulations)
