Recruit and onboard courier customers in the London market to drive pilot growth.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with ghost kitchens and other local partners.
Identify and evaluate promising locations for battery swap stations to support fleet efficiency.
Support customers with day-to-day issues in-market and provide active moderation in community WhatsApp groups.
Gather structured feedback from the pilot and translate it into clear product and business recommendations.
Act as the ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground for customer sentiment, adoption barriers, and pain points.
Own the local community health and customer success lifecycle within the London market.
Requirements
Deeply involved and active within the delivery or courier community.
Proven ability to build relationships with local business owners and partners.
Analytical mindset capable of turning qualitative feedback into structured reports.
Must be based in London and available for frequent local travel.
Previous experience in local market operations or growth preferred.
Familiarity with the London courier and food delivery landscape preferred.
Experience with community management via digital channels (WhatsApp, etc.) preferred.
