About this role
Role Overview
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform variance analyses to identify and explain differences between actual results, the budget and forecasts.
Contribute to the development of annual budgets, business plans and periodic forecasts.
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes with divisional finance teams.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate scenarios and support decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a business-partnering capacity.
Requirements
Master's degree (or equivalent) from a business school or MBA, with a specialization in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in financial planning, financial analysis or management accounting.
Professional-level English, both written and spoken.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables.
Experience with financial and planning tools such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Hyperion or equivalents, as well as Business Intelligence and financial planning tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, Pigment).
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
Self-motivated, well-organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
