Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Role Overview

• Providing forecasts and financial analysis.
• Partnering with Finance and Business Partners to develop detailed budgets and forecasts.
• Tracking and reporting performance against budgets.
• Supporting key constituents in understanding their financial results.
• Acting as a business advisor and partner to various business units.
• Initiating, collecting, compiling, and integrating business data to inform forecasts and budgets.
• Executing variance analysis and providing understanding of operational and financial performance to senior leadership.
• Making recommendations for business unit/program's financial and performance improvements.
• Leading and supporting development of business cases using appropriate financial indices.
• Assisting in the development and improvement of internal senior leadership reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4-6 years experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related role required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and advanced understanding of forecast modeling
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• Chartered Finance Analyst preferred
