About this role
Role Overview
Define and own global processes for Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
Drive implementation and optimization across key markets
Identify digital enhancements to ensure efficient user experience
Map customer journeys to align sales cycles with customer needs
Act as 1st line of support for markets
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business or commercial operations
Master’s degree (business, economics, digital or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and be pragmatic
Willingness to push back when needed
