About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the interface between internal areas (operations and corporate) and the commercial team;
- Lead and/or support the development of commercial plans with health operators;
- Monitor the performance of client portfolios, identifying opportunities and risks;
- Perform commercial analyses (price, volume, and margin) and propose strategic actions;
- Conduct market analyses using databases such as ANS and TISS;
- Support and/or lead strategic projects within the area;
- Participate in monitoring rate adjustment processes with operators;
- Develop executive presentations to support decision-making;
- Support credentialing/onboarding processes for new services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in commercial, planning, or strategy areas;
- Experience with commercial and market analyses;
- Knowledge of the supplementary health sector (providers and health plan operators);
- Knowledge of pricing models (CH, AMB Table, among others);
- Experience creating executive presentations (required);
- Advanced Excel.
