Completed degree in business administration, business psychology, labor law, human resources management, or a comparable field.
Several years' professional experience in HR management, ideally as an HR Business Partner in a corporate environment.
Solid knowledge of individual employment law.
Confident user of HR IT systems and MS Office; practical experience with Workday is a plus.
Strong communication and advisory skills across all hierarchical levels.
Ability to lead laterally.
