Conduct regular field visits to restaurants and kitchens.
Introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely simplifies their work.
Manage approximately 10–15 meetings per week and ensure timely follow-up so no prospect is left waiting.
Plan your weekly schedule (with guidance as needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding targets.
Deliver in-person demos of our application in the chef’s own environment, showing how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable.
Use our CRM (training provided) and other tools to record progress so the whole team can support you.
Requirements
You understand the fast-paced world of gastronomy — whether you’ve run a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge. Career changers are welcome.
Sales internships or part-time customer-facing roles are a strong plus.
You are energized by fieldwork, enjoy walking into kitchens, and building face-to-face relationships with chefs and managers.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Comfortable leading conversations: you listen, solve problems, and confidently close deals.
Bonus: fluency in additional languages besides German or English.
