Write promotional content that drives action. You'll create ad copy, headlines, questionnaires, landing page text, emails, and other campaign materials designed to improve click-through rates, signups, and referral quality for clinical trial recruitment campaigns.
Translate complexity into clarity. Clinical trial protocols and medical documents can be dense and technical. You'll turn that information into clear, engaging, patient-friendly messaging without losing accuracy.
Improve campaign performance through iteration. You'll revise copy based on feedback from internal teams, clients, and ethics boards, while also learning from campaign data and past studies.
Support quality and consistency. You'll conduct QA scoring and review promotional materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, tone, and adherence to guidelines before campaigns go live.
Collaborate in a fast-moving remote team. You'll work across teams to support campaign execution, contribute to discussions around messaging and performance, and help ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
Have strong written English skills and can write clearly, concisely, and naturally for different audiences and formats
Can simplify technical or complex information into language that everyday people can easily understand
Are detail-oriented and catch inconsistencies, awkward phrasing, and errors before work goes live
Can balance speed with quality in a deadline-driven environment
Are coachable and comfortable receiving feedback and revising work multiple times
Have experience writing marketing, advertising, social media, email, or conversion-focused content
Are comfortable using AI tools, Google Docs, project management tools, and remote collaboration platforms
Can manage repetitive work while still maintaining consistency, accuracy, and quality
