Upholstery Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview

• Identify, qualify, and onboard high-performing upholstery suppliers to build a resilient and competitive global supply base.
• Drive price negotiations for new and existing products using deep BOM analysis and market data to protect margins and realize "cost-out" opportunities.
• Act as the primary bridge between suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality), ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of product developments and relocations using a disciplined project management approach.
• Rigorously track supplier KPIs and tactical capacity, intervening with mitigation strategies to ensure 100% product availability and quality.
• Execute all procurement activities with a commitment to strict compliance, ethical standards, and value-chain transparency.

Requirements

• Completion of a criminal background check
• Passport and the ability to travel internationally when needed
• Your RFC Tax ID (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) matches your official identification
