Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support effective hiring plans
Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the UK/EU
Provide guidance on role scope, candidate profiles, and market insights
Support alignment on “what good looks like” for each role
Balance pace and quality to deliver strong hiring outcomes
Deliver a consistent, structured, and fair hiring process
Support interview planning, including scorecards and interview kits aligned to Kooth behaviours
Use data and assessment tools to support objective decision-making
Contribute to improving how we assess talent and reduce bias
Deliver a thoughtful, human, and engaging candidate experience
Act as a brand ambassador-bringing Kooth’s mission and culture to life
Ensure clear, timely communication with candidates at every stage
Support employer branding efforts in partnership with People and Marketing
Track and use hiring data (pipeline health, time to hire, etc.) to inform your work
Contribute to hiring updates and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience
Support connection between hiring, onboarding, and early success
Ensure a smooth hiring process from attraction through offer
Partner with People Ops and Hiring Managers to support onboarding
Contribute to internal mobility and promotion processes
Support the continued development of Kooth’s hiring practices
Requirements
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Experience managing roles end-to-end in a fast-paced or scaling environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience with structured interviewing or willingness to learn
