Primary administration and integration within SaaS Enterprise Content Management Suite
Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements
Implement Security measures and access controls
Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
Analyze system for overall performance and give recommendations for improvements
Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
Develop strong working relationships with third party vendors
Research and recommend innovative, and automated approaches for system administration tasks
Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale
Quick, efficient, and effective issue resolution with proactive communication to all stakeholders
Recommend, schedule, and perform improvements, patches, and reconfigurations
Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for system administration
Work with functional teams to ensure optimal operations and uptime of application environments
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of SaaS / Windows system environments
Provide backup administration support to teammates
Provide after-hours support

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
3 years’ working experience required
5 years’ experience in Application and Server Administration preferred
Hands-on technical experience maintaining servers
Enterprise Windows Administration concepts knowledge
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile framework
Hands on enterprise application and hardware troubleshooting experience
Working technical knowledge of networks, PCs and platform operating systems including Windows and Red Hat
Working knowledge of Scripting languages (Shell Scripting, YAML, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Batch, Object Oriented Programming, HTML5, CSS)
Working knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, SQL, PostGres, MongoDB)
Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPPA, URAC)
