Develop IT system solutions using agile methodologies and industry best practices to meet the insurer’s operational and strategic needs.
Implement integrations between internal and third-party systems using market-standard tools to ensure correct data transfer and synchronization.
Perform system testing using validation and automation techniques to identify and fix defects, improving platform performance and usability.
Optimize system processes and features by analyzing performance indicators and user feedback to increase operational efficiency and internal customer experience.
Support the definition of technical requirements and project timelines, collaborating with business areas and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries.
Provide technical support to internal users, proactively resolving questions and issues with a focus on continuous improvement of IT services.
Update and configure systems according to company demands, implementing enhancements, adjustments, and new features aligned with market technology trends.
Prepare technical documentation for systems and processes following traceability and compliance standards to ensure alignment with the company’s IT policies.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to promote continuity and evolution of IT services with high availability and performance.
Participate in projects and maintenance activities for systems of low to medium complexity, contributing to innovation and stability of the technology environments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Intermediate English.
Mandatory knowledge: Java 11+; Spring Framework; RESTful APIs; Microservices; Hibernate/JPA; Messaging systems; Oracle database: PL/SQL, data modeling, query tuning and optimization; Unit testing, integration testing and automated tests: JUnit, Mockito and Spring Boot Test.
Desired technical knowledge: Distributed systems architecture; Microservices architecture; Troubleshooting in production environments; Transaction control and data consistency; Security in Java/Spring applications; Root cause analysis and Jira.
Differential: Experience in the insurance market, preferably working with Life or Pension insurance systems.
