Provide services that align with nonprofit & school development, grant research & writing support, and general executive support
Track filings, compile profiles, draft bylaw documents, and coordinate outreach
Manage student registrations and budget tracking
Research grant opportunities, draft narratives, and proofread submissions
Organize engagement logs, draft reports, and maintain documentation
Requirements
2+ years experience as a VA, Executive Assistant, or similar
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience in grant writing or nonprofit work (preferred)
Proficient in Google Workspace
Experience with social media content creation
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written English and communication skills
Proactive and self-directed
Bonus Skills: Experience with charter schools or education startups, Background in nonprofit or grant-funded projects, Familiarity with the Ohio or U.S. funding landscape, Ability to write in a strong, authentic brand voice
