• Effectively delivering engaging and inclusive employee journeys
• Delivering a high-quality, tailored experience across journeys for business leaders
• Leading, inspiring, coaching, and developing the Journey Owners and HR Liaisons and broader teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 12 years of experience
• 5 years management experience
• Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services
• Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement
• Data-driven strategic decision making
• Executive level communication and influence skills
• Comfort with change, nimble ways of working
• Collective ownership mindset
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Service orientation and customer obsession
• Desire to understand key stakeholder needs and proactively deliver
• Innovation acumen and ability to drive repeatable processes while using technology to improve
• Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs
• Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI
• Six sigma certification (preferred)
