Coordinate, monitor, and control transport compliance across all Clicklink network sites
Analyse daily, weekly, and period transport performance, identifying non‑compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities
Produce accurate, insightful reports and presentations for depot reviews
Track financial performance including revenue workstreams, PCNs, cross‑charges, and costs against budget
Manage and maintain accurate transport asset inventory, supporting audits and investigations

Previous experience of transport management with strong analytical capability
Excellent communication skills, able to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a geographically dispersed network
High attention to detail with strong Excel skills
Proactive, self-motivated approach with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing operational demands
Sound understanding of transport compliance, financial controls, and UK transport operations
