Manager, Financial Reporting

Role Overview

• Prepare the consolidated financial results of GXO on a monthly basis
• Work with the regional teams to resolve any queries or issues
• Ensure a smooth audit process
• Maintaining a strong SOX environment
• Oversee the company’s internal financial reporting process
• Manage cashflow movement/roll forward schedules
• Support the external financial reporting process including Form 10-K and 10-Q
• Ensure all elimination entries are properly documented and recorded
• Responsible for optimizing financial reporting systems
• Direct the metadata management and rule modifications within HFM
• Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors
• Complete and maintain process documentation to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Oversee financial chart of accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years/industry experience
• CPA, or equivalent
• US GAAP, HFM, MS Office experience
