Achieve and exceed KPI targets by ensuring a strong pipeline of fully trained, competent DCOs to meet client demand
Deliver and record all training activity accurately, ensuring information is accessible to all key site stakeholders
Define, deliver, and maintain high‑quality operational and legally compliant training for both operative and managerial levels
Create and execute structured training plans to meet site requirements, including new starters, cross‑training, and ongoing development
Provide high‑standard training across all operational areas while developing innovative methods to accelerate DCO speed to competency
Maintain all training documentation to required standards and act as a coach/mentor to encourage high performance and continuous improvement

Demonstrable high attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
Strong knowledge of site operational procedures and how they impact daily performance
Good IT and administrative skills, with confidence using digital systems and documentation platforms
Proven experience managing document control, ensuring compliance and consistency
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload independently, ideally with experience in a similar role
Excellent organisation and time-management skills, supporting efficient delivery of training and operational processes
